Islam & Christianity

NOTE:
Authoritative Islamic texts are the Qur’an and Hadith. Muslims believe that the Qur’an is the revealed word of Allah (verse numbers differ slightly in different versions). Sura always stands for a chapter in the Qur’an. Islamic belief is that Muhammad is the perfect example to be followed by all Muslims. Whatever he said, practiced or approved is called Hadith. There are six different sets of authentic ahadith (Hadiths): Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmizi, Sunnan Ibn Majah and Sunnan Nasa’i. This pamphlet is intended to show the teachings and examples of Muhammad, and is not intended to be offensive to Muslims; many Muslims may have little real knowledge of what their god, Allah, and their prophet has said on this topic.

Islam and Christianity have many similar teachings, such as to not commit adultery, murder, lie, steal, etc. This leads many people to think that Islam and Christianity are equally good, or equally true; even the Qur’an proclaims that the God of the Bible (Yahweh) and the God of the Qur’an (Allah) are the same (Sura 29:46). However, just as different words can mean different things to different people, so too, when a Muslim and Christian talk, even though they use the same terminology, their meanings are substantially different.

For example, in Christianity, adultery starts in the heart. Jesus said that,

… "whoever looks at a woman with lust in his heart has committed adultery with her." (Matthew 5:28).

Adultery refers not only to the physical act, but also to the heart attitude. In Islam, adultery is having sex with someone whom your right hand doesn’t possess (Sura 4:3; 33:50; 4:24 etc). Thus a Muslim is allowed to have up to four wives, temporary marriages, exchange wives, and have sex with slave girls, without having committed adultery.

In Christianity, sin is rebellion against God’s rightful place of authority; it pains and grieves God (Ephesians 4:30). All sinners will go to the lake of fire, unless they have their sins atoned for. In Islam, although sin is transgression of Allah’s law, sin has no impact on Allah (Sura 3:144, 176; 4:111; 47:32). Sahih Muslim records,

Z "Allah's Messenger said: If you were not to commit sins, Allah would have swept you out of existence and would have replaced you by another people who have committed sin, and then asked forgiveness from Allah, and He would have granted them pardon." (Book 37, Hadith No. 6621, 6622).

The Nature of God

Beyond attitudes to sin, there are completely different ideas about the nature of God. The Christian God is a personal God, who reveals His name, expresses a desire to live in us and through us; Christians are God’s children and His friends. In Islam, everyone is a slave to Allah (Sura 19:92-93; 2:90; 3:79; 5:118; 6:18, 61; 7:194; 8:51). Allah cannot be your Father; it is unforgivable to associate anyone with Allah (4:48, 116). So to consider yourself a child of Allah, to call him ‘Father,’ in a real and personal way, is to blaspheme.

Furthermore, the concept of the "Trinity" is abhorrent to Muslims, who believe that the Trinity is: God, Jesus and Mary (Sura 5:116) rather than the Father, Son and Holy Spirit as Christians believe. As a result, they completely misrepresent and misunderstand the Christian understanding of the Trinity. The Muslim concept is akin to 1 + 1 + 1 = 3 (simple unity). Because God is infinite not finite, the Christian concept is a complex unity like infinity + infinity + infinity = infinity.

Trust

The God of the Bible does not change (Numbers 23:19; Jeremiah 4:28; Hebrews 7:21); but Allah is not bound by anything (2:106; 16:101; 7:99). As a result, the God of the Bible, Yahweh can be trusted and desires us to trust Him (Proverbs 3:5 etc.), but no one can trust Allah: Even Abu Bakr, the first Rightly Guided Caliph, said, "I swear to Allah that I do not feel safe from Allah's cunning even if one of my feet is already inside paradise...." (Khalid Muhammad Khalid, Successors of the Apostle).

Since Allah is not bound by any form of morality and the life of Muhammad exemplified this, sin is an elastic and relativistic concept (for more information, see our tract on Sin in Christianity and Islam).

Christianity forbids all forms of lying and deceit, all liars will be in hell (Psalm 15:1-3; Revelation 22:15). Islam permits deception in certain circumstances because Allah claims thirty times in the Qur’an that he misleads/sends astray people and that he is the greatest deceiver [Allaahu Khayrul-maakiriin] (Sura 3:54; 8:30). Allah says that he leads people astray (Sura 4:88, 40:33-34 etc).

Christianity requires that believers keep the oaths they made, even if it hurts (Psalm 15:4). Muhammad believed that lying was acceptable and even taught how to expiate [make amends for] an oath,

Z ‘Allah willing, if ever I take an oath to do something, and later on I find that it is more beneficial to do something different, I will do the thing which is better, and give expiation for my oath.’ (Bukhari, vol. 4, Hadith No. 361)

Revelation

The purposes of the Bible and the Qur’an are substantially different. The Bible, although it contains many commands, is only a means to an end; the theme throughout is that mankind cannot be righteous without the help of God (Ecclesiastes 7:20; Hebrews 11:6; Ezekiel 34:11). Thus, Christians run to Jesus for atonement of sin and a transformed heart which hates sin in the inner most place. The function of the Qur’an is, as many Israelites thought and think about the Torah, is to show one how to earn favour with Allah/God through obedience. Thus, the Bible records God reaching down to save man from their sin, whereas Islam testifies that men are responsible for their own salvation. Muhammad implored,

Z ‘...O Fatimah (name of Muhammad’s most beloved daughter), rescue yourself from Fire, for I have no power (to protect you) from Allah in anything...’ (Muslim, Book 1, Hadith No. 398 and 402).

The Law in Christianity teaches our helpless condition, and tells us where to get the necessary righteousness; the Law in Islam tells you to jump higher with no assistance at all.

Salvation

Christianity teaches that there is a broken relationship between God and mankind that needs restoration. Any soul that sins shall die in the lake of fire. The only way is through atonement, a life given to redeem your own. In Christianity, the only sinless one, the Son of God, Jesus Christ was given as that atonement:

… "This is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins." (1 John 4:10).

… "...if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous One, and he himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for our sins but also for the whole world." (1 John 2:1-2).

Islam offers guidance , but not salvation. In Islam, there is no broken relationship and no need of a mediator. Atonement is something you do to atone for sin (such as broken, intentional oaths, having sex during a fast etc), usually a "payment" of some nature, including punishment imposed by others who caught you. Thus atonement is limited to this world, so if you are punished now, or provide your own atonement via some payment, Allah will not punish you in the hereafter (Bukhari, vol. 1, Hadith No. 17; Muslim, vol. 3, Hadith No. 4235). So, for a sinless, innocent prophet like Jesus [Isa] to atone for your sin is an insult to Allah and forbidden in the Qur’an (Sura 4:112; 17:15 ?? etc).

Thus, the God of the Bible guarantees salvation, but Allah saves who he wills (see earlier section on trust). In fact, Allah guarantees that every Muslim will pass through hell (Sura 19:71-72).

In Christianity, you cannot truly follow God unless He has changed what is in your heart (Mark 7:21-23; Ezekiel 36:26). In Islam, you cannot truly follow Allah, until you change your own heart (Sura 13:11).

Heaven and Hell

Heaven, to a Christian, is to be with Jesus. While an actual place, the Christian cherishes the fact that it is with Jesus they spend eternity. In the Christian Heaven, there is no sin or sinner. The lake of fire is reserved for Satan and his angels, and sinners (Matthew 25:41). Islamic Heaven [Paradise], has seventy-two (72) virgins for the lowliest person (Sura 56:22-40; Ibn Kathir on 55:72). There will be free-flowing wine in abundance (Sura 56:18; 76:5, 17; 78:34). Demons [Jinn], will also be in Paradise (Ibn Kathir, commenting on Sura 55:56-74).

Obedience to Governments

Christians are commanded to obey the government because they have been ordained by God (Romans 13). Muslims on the other hand are required to disobey, and not to submit to non-Muslims (Sura 25:52; 26:151; 33:1; 68:8 etc). They are not to take infidels/kafir [unbelievers/non-Muslims] as friends or Allah’s wrath will be upon them (Sura 3:28; 4:144; 5:51, 80-81; 9:23, 123; 58:14-15).

Summary

These differences are only the proverbial, tip of the iceberg. Although there are superficial similarities on some teachings, the fundamentals of the faiths of Christianity and Islam couldn’t be more different; they are mutually exclusive and diametrically opposed. Although many people think that Christians, Jews and Muslims worship the same God, exploring the natures of Allah and Yahweh (Jehovah), reveals them to be completely different beings. As a result, the practices of its followers are completely different.

Islam, Warlike or Peaceful?

The Ayatollah Khomeini taught, "Islam says: Whatever good there is exists thanks to the sword and in the shadow of the sword! People cannot be made obedient except with the sword! The sword is the key to Paradise, which can be opened only for Holy Warriors! These are hundreds of other [Koranic] psalms and Hadiths [sayings of the Prophet] urging Muslims to value war and to fight. Does all that mean that Islam is a religion that prevents men from waging war? I spit upon those foolish souls who make such a claim." quoted from Ibn Warraq Why I am Not A Muslim Prometheus Books 1995 p.11-12. (p.381) Amir Taheri. Holy Terror. London, 1987. p.226-227.

Now one has to admit it would be easy for non-Muslims to jump to the conclusion that Islam exists mainly because of the sword, and is warlike. Yet many Muslims say that is not true Islam; true Islam is a religion of peace. How can someone objectively learn which of the two views is correct? One must recognize there are different Muslim voices claiming to speak for Islam, so let’s rephrase the question: how can someone objectively learn which view Mohammed and the earliest Muslims would say is the original, genuine Islam?

One way to find an answer is to ask Muslims what they think, and ask them for an explanation of these teachings of Mohammed.

Ask a Muslim

Sura 9:29 in the Qur’an says, "Fight those who believe not… even if they be People of the book [Christians and Jews] until they have willingly agreed to pay the Jizya tribute in recognition of their submissive state."

Now one Muslim explained that verses like this in the Qur’an have been "abrogated" and are no longer to be obeyed today. However, the conservative Muslims appear to never have gotten the message that they were abrogated. My question then is: when were they abrogated, by whom, and what evidence can they show the conservative Muslims that they are not supposed to be warlike today.

Offensive, not just Defensive: Bukhari Hadith vol.4:196 p.124 "Narrated abu Huraira : Allah’s Apostle said, ‘I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,’ and whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,’ his life and property will be saved by me except for Islamic laws and his accounts will be with Allah, (either to punish him or to forgive him.)’"

Attacks on unsuspecting, peaceful people: "Ibn ‘Aun reported : I wrote to Nafi’ inquiring from him whether it was necessary to extend (to the disbelievers) an invitation to accept (Islam) before engaging them in fight. He wrote (in reply) to me that it was necessary in the early days of Islam. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) made a raid upon Banu Mustaliq while they were unaware and their cattle were having a drink at the water. He killed those who fought and imprisoned others." Sahih Muslim vol.3:4292.

To understand some of the context of this, here is the hadith after that: "Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from then and desist from fighting against them. Then invite them to migrate from their lands to the land of Muhajirs and inform them that, if they do so, they shall have all the privileges and obligations of the Muhajirs. If they refuse to migrate, tell them that they will have the status of Bedouin Muslims and will be subjected to the Commands of Allah like other Muslims, but they will not get any share from the spoils of war or Fai’ [(property abandoned by fleeing non-Muslims] except when they actually fight with the Muslims (against the disbelievers.) If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from the Jizya [tax]. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them." Sahih Muslim vol.3:4294

In Mohammed’s lifetime the Muslims made a surprise attack on an unsuspecting Christian king [chieftain] of Dumah and killed him. al-Tabari vol.9 p.58-59

"By Him in Whose Hands my soul is but for Jihad (i.e. holy battles), Hajj, and my duty to serve my mother, I would have loved to die as a slave." (Abu Huraira is speaking in Bukhari vol.3:724 p.435.) ["Holy battles" is in the text of the English translation by Muslims.]

Sheer Volume: Around 926 hadiths in the Bukhari Hadiths and 181 hadiths in Sahih Muslim (that is over 710 pages in English and Arabic) leave no doubt that Jihad is fighting for Allah. The 69 pages in Sahih Muslim mention just military fighting and collecting booty (both captured after battle and abandoned)

Violent: Sura 9:14 says, "Kill them, and Allah will torment them by your hands. He will humiliate them and give you victory over them…" The 29th saying in the An-Nawawi hadith also says that the peak of Islam’s prominence is Holy War.

Ka'b bin Ashraf the Jew was deceptively assassinated in Sahih Muslim vol.3:4436 (p.990-991) Bukhari vol.3:687 p.415; Bukhari vol.4:271 p.168. Abu Dawud vol.2:2762 p.775

Abdullah bin 'Atik and some other Muslims were sent to assassinate Abu Rafi the Jew. He was attacked in the dark while he was sleeping. Bukhari vol.5:371 (p.251-252) An assassin broke his leg escaping, but Mohammed miraculously healed it.

Is Jihad Just Striving After Righteousness?

Fighting is jihad. Abu Dawud vol.2:2503-2504 p.693

Fight out of anger for Allah and his Apostle. Abu Dawud vol.2:2531 p.705

Horses are more useful for Jihad than mules. Abu Dawud vol.2 footnote 1921 p.711

Western Muslim have been told, and have told others, that Jihad is striving after righteousness, nothing more. While Jihad does mean that to the Ahmadiyya and other groups, the previous quotes show that a person claiming Jihad does not include warlike action is either uninformed or else deliberately not true to the teaching of Mohammed.

Submit to the Religion of Peace

If you want to follow the religion of peace, great, but be sincere. Muslims and Christians agree that Jesus never said to attack anyone or kill anyone. While Romans shows that the state has the right to bear the sword against evildoers, in the New Testament we are not to kill anyone because they have a different religion.

The Crusades (Christian Jihads) of centuries past were not based on the teaching of Jesus; rather they were an evil thing Europeans learned from Muslim armies. All Jihads are wrong, whether they are Christian or Muslim. We should try to be at peace with all men, but we more importantly have peace with God.

How to Have Peace With God

God’s Word, the Bible, shows that God is Holy and punishes sin. He is loving, but not at the expense of His justice and holiness.

We are born "at war" with God. Ever since the fall of Adam and Eve, we all have a sinful nature. We have a desire to live selfish lives, to seek riches, pleasure, and fame more than God. Not only can pictures and stones be idols, but materialism, lusts, and the opinion of others can be an idol standing between us and God. Perhaps one of the more common idols today is religion. Not only strange unusual religions, but any religion that a person would rather follow, even if it was not from God. God will never compromise and let these sins into His perfect Heaven.

God is not loving at the expense of His justice and holiness, but love triumphs over judgment. When all of man’s options to reach a holy God fell short, God reach down to us. In a miracle only an all-powerful God could do, God came down to earth as a man, Jesus Christ, and paid the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross. Not only did God provide forgiveness for all who accept this wonderful gift, but God will purify all of His own so that they can enter Heaven. A just God could not be capricious and just wink at sin, but God satisfied the demands of justice by Jesus, the sinless one, taking the punishment for us.

You need to respectfully talk with God, and ask Him to show you the truth. You need to ask Jesus into your heart as your Lord and Savior. We would love to talk with you about this. God bless.

The frightening reality of Islam, I beg you only saw three minutes

a) Duty of going to war

1 Then fight in the cause of Allah, and know that Allah hearth and knoweth all things (Surah 2:244)

2. Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. (Surah 2:2 16)

3. They ask thee concerning fighting in the Prohibited Month. Say: ‘Fighting therein is a grave (offence); but graver is it in the sight of Allah to prevent access to the path of Allah, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, and drive out its members.’ Tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until, they turn you back from your faith if they can. And if any of you turn back from their faith and die in unbelief, their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the Hereafter; they will be companions of the Fire and will abide therein. (Surah 2:2 17)

4. We shah try you until We test those among you who strive their utmost and persevere; (Surah 47:3 1)

5. Go ye forth, (whether equipped) highly or heavily, and strive and struggle, with your goods and your persons, in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if ye (but) knew. (Surah 9:4 1)

b) Relief from duty of going to war

b.1) The sick and the handicapped

6. No blame is there on the blind, nor is there blame on the lame, nor on one iii (if he joins not the war): (Surah 48:17)

7. There is no blame on those who are infirm, or ill, or who find no resources to spend (on the Cause), if they are sincere (in duty) to Allah and His messenger: no ground (for complaint) can there be against such as do right: (Surah 9:91)

8. Nor (is there blame) on those who came to thee to be provided with mounts, and when thou saidst, I can find no mounts for you, they turned back, their eyes streaming with tears of grief that they had no resources wherewith to provide the expenses. (Surah 9:92)

b.2) The Cowards

9. 0 Ye who believe! What is, the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the Cause of Allah, ye ding heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? (Surah 9:38)

10. Those who were left behind (in the Tabuk expedition) rejoiced in their inaction behind the back of the Messenger of Allah: they hated to strive and fight, with their goods and their persons, in the Cause of Allah: they said, ‘Go not forth in the heat.’ Say, ‘The fire of Hell is fiercer in heat.’ If only they could understand! (Surah 9:8 1)

11. If there had been immediate gain (in sight), and the journey easy, they would (all) without doubt have followed thee, but the distance was long, (and weighed) on them. They would indeed swear by Allah. If we only could, we should certainly have come out with you. They would destroy their own souls; for Allah doth know that they are certainly lying. (Surah 9:42-43)

12. Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day ask thee for no exemption from striving with their goods and persons. And Allah knoweth well those who do their duty. Only those ask thee for exemption who believe not in Allah and the Last Day, and whose hearts are in doubt, so that they are tossed in their doubts to and fro. If they had intended to come out, they would certainly have made some preparation therefore; but Allah was averse to their being sent forth; so He made them lag behind, and they were told, Sit ye among those who sit (inactive). (Surah 9:44-46)

13. Verily, Allah knows those among you who keep back (me and those who say to their brethren, ‘Come along to us’, become not to the light except for just a little while, Covetous over you. Then when fear comes, thou wilt see them looking at thee, their eyes revolving, like (those of) one over whom hovers death: but when fear is past, they will smite you with sharp tongues, covetous of goods. Such men have no faith, and so Allah has made their deeds of none effort: (Surah 33:18-19)

b.3) The evil and the hypocrite

14. The ground (of complaint) is against such as claim exemption while they are rich. They prefer to stay with the (women) who remain behind: Allah hath sealed their hearts; so they know not (what they miss).(Surah 9:93)

15. When a surah comes down, enjoining them to believe in Allah and to strive and struggle along with His Messenger, those with wealth and influence among them ask thee for exemption, and say: ‘Leave us (behind): we would be with those who sit (at home). (Surah 9:86)

16. They will swear to you by Allah, when ye return to them, that ye may leave them alone. So leave them alone: for they are an abomination, and Hell is their dwelling-place - a fitting recompense for the (evil) that they did. (Surah 9:95-96)

17. The desert Arabs who lagged behind will say to thee: ‘We were engaged in (looking after) our flocks and herds, and our families: do thou then ask forgiveness for us.’ They say with their tongues what is not in their hearts. Say: ‘Who then has any power at ail (to intervene) on your behalf with Allah. (Surah 48:11)

18. And yet they had already covenanted with Allah not to turn their backs, and a covenant with Allah must (surely) be answered for. Say: ‘Running away will not profit you, if ye are running away from death or slaughter; and even if (ye do escape), no more than a brief (respite) will ye be allowed to enjoy!’ (Surah 33:15-16)

19. (These are) the ones who wait and watch about you: if ye do gain a victory from Allah, they say: ‘Were we not with you? - but if the unbelievers gain a success, they say (to them): ‘Did we not gain an advantage over you, and did we not guard you from the believers?’ And never with Allah grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumph) over the believers. (Surah 4:141)

20. If good befalls thee, it grieves them; but if a misfortune befalls thee, they say, ‘We took indeed our precautions beforehand,’ and they turn away rejoicing. ‘Can you expect for us (any fate) other than one of two glorious things - (martyrdom or victory)? But we can expect for you either that Allah will send his punishment from Himself, or by our hands. (Surah 9: 50-52)

21. In that situation were the Believers tried: they were shaken as by a tremendous shaking. And behold, the Hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease (even) say: ‘Allah and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusions!’ Behold, a party among them said: ‘Ye men of Yathrib! Ye cannot stand (the attack)! Therefore go back!’ And a band of them ask for leave of the Prophet, saying, (Surah 33:11-12)

22. If they had come, out with you, they would not have added to your (strength) but only (made for) disorder, hurrying to and fro in your midst and sowing sedition among you, and there would have been some among you who would have listened to them among them is (many) a man who says: ‘Grant me exemption and draw me not into trial.’ Have they not fallen into trial already? And indeed Hell surrounds the Unbelievers (on all sides). (Surah 9:47-49)

23. And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)? Men, women, and children, whose cry is: (Surah 4:7 5)

c) Allah fights with the believers

24. 0 ye who believe! If ye will aid (the cause of) Allah, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly. (Surah 47:7)

25. Remember ye implored the assistance of your Lord, and 11e answered you: ‘I will assist you with a thousand of the angels, ranks on ranks.’ Allah made it but a message of hope, and an assurance to your hearts: (in any case) there is no help except from Allah. (Surah 8:9-10)

26. 0 ye who believe Remember the grace of Allah (bestowed) on you, when there came down on you hosts (to overwhelm you): but We sent against them hurricane and forces that ye saw not: but Allah sees (clearly) ail that ye do. Behold! They came on you from above you and from below you, and behold, the eyes became dim and the hearts gaped up to the throats, and ye imagined various (vain) thoughts about Allah! (Surah 33 :9-10)

27. And Allah turned back the Unbelievers for (ail) their fury: no advantage did they gain: and enough is Allah for the Believers in their light. And Allah is Full of Strength. (Surah 33:25)

28. Remember two of your parties meditated cowardice; but Allah was their protector. (Surah 3:122)

29. ‘Yea - if ye remain firm, and act aright, even if the enemy should rush here on you in hot haste, your Lord would help you with five thousand angels making a terrific onslaught.’ 11e might cut off a fringe of the Unbelievers or expose. (Surah 3:125- 127)

30. Be not weary and fainthearted, crying for peace, when ye should be uppermost: for Allah is with you, and will never put you in loss for your (good) deeds, (Surah 47:3 5)

31. Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): ‘I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and spate ail their fingertips off them.’ This because they contended against Allah and His Messenger: if any content against Allah and His messenger, Allah is strict in punishment. (Surah 8: 12-13)

32. Allah had helped you at Badr, when ye were a contemptible little force; (Surah 3:123)

33. Allah did indeed fulfil his promise to you when ye with His permission were about to annihilate your enemy - until ye flinched and fell to disputing about the order, and disobeyed it after He brought you in sight (of the booty) which ye covet. (Surah 3:152)

34. They said: ‘What affairs is this of ours?’ Say thou: ‘Indeed, this affair is wholly Allah’s.’ They hide in their minds what they dare not reveal to thee. (Surah 3:154)

35. When the believers saw the confederate forces, they said: ‘This is what Allah and His messenger had promised us, and Allah and His messenger told us what was true.’ (Surah 33:22)

36. And those of the People of the Book who aided them -Allah did take them down from their strongholds and cast terror into their hearts. (So that) some ye slew, and some ye made prisoners. (Surah 33:26)

37. And it is He Who has restrained their hands from you and your hands from them in the midst of Makkah; after that le gave you the victory over there. (Surah 48:24)

38. Assuredly Allah did help you in many battlefields and on the day of Hunayn: behold, your great numbers elated you, but they availed you naught: the land, for ail that it is wide, did constrain you, and ye turned back in retreat. (Surah 9:25)

39. ‘There has already been for you a Sign in the two armies that met (in combat): one was fighting in the Cause of Allah, the other resisting Allah; these saw with their own eyes twice their number. But Allah doth support with His aid whom He pleaseth. In this is a warning for such as have eyes to see.’ (Surah 3:13)

40. 0 ye who believe! When ye meet a force, be firm, and cal) Allah in remembrance much (and often), (Surah 8:45)

41. And be not like those who started from their homes insolently and to be seen of men, and to hinder (men) from the path of Allah: for Allah compasseth round about ail that they do. (Surah 8:47)

42. For the present, Allah hath lightened your, (task), for He knoweth that there is a weak spot in you: but (even so), if there are a hundred of you, patient and persevering, they will vanquish two hundred, and if a thousand, they will vanquish two thousand, with the leave of Allah: (Surah 8:66)

43. Behold! Allah promised ye one of the two (enemy) parties, that it should be yours: ye wished that the one unarmed should be yours, but Allah willed to justify the Truth according to His words and to cut off the roots of the Unbelievers (Surah 8:7-8)

d) Treating the enemies of Allah

44. Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; at length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: until the war lays down its burdens. But (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah - h will never let their deeds be lost. (Surah 47:4)

45. It is not fitting for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war until he hath thoroughly subdued the land. (Surah 8:67)

46. 0 Prophet! Say to those who are captives in your hands: ‘If Allah finds any good in your hearts, He will give you something better than what has been taken from you, and He will forgive you: for Allah is oft forgiving, Most merciful.’ But if they have treacherous designs against thee, (O Messenger), they have already been in treason against Allah, and so hath He given (thee) power over them. (Surah 8:70-7 1)

e) Rewards to the fighters

47. Let those who fight in the cause of Allah who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter. To him who fighteth in the cause of Allah - whether he is slain or gets victory - soon shah We give him a reward of great (value). (Surah 4:74)

48. He will forgive you your sins, and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow, and to beautiful mansions in gardens of eternity: that is indeed the supreme achievement. And another (favour will He bestow), which ye do love — help from Allah and a speedy victory. (Surah 61:12-13)

49. Ail who obey Allah and the Messenger are in the company of those on whom is the Grace of Allah - Ah! What a beautiful fellowship! (Surah 4:69)

50. Not equal are those believers who sit (at home) and receive no hurt, and those who strive in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive with their goods and persons than to those who sit (at home). Unto ail (in Faith) hath Allah promised good, but those who strive hath He distinguished above those who sit (at home) by a special reward. (Surah 4:95-96)

51. Allah hath purchased of the Believers their persons and their goods: for theirs (in return) is the Garden (of Paradise): they fight in His Cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Quran: (Surah 9.111)

52. It was not fitting for the people of Madinah and the Bedouin Arabs of the neighbourhood, to refuse to follow Allah’s Messenger, nor to prefer their own lives to his: because nothing could they suffer or do, but was reckoned to their credit as a deed of righteousness -whether they suffered thirst, or fatigue, or hunger, in the Cause of Allah, or trod paths to raise the ire of the Unbelievers, or received any injury whatever from an enemy: (Surah 9:120- 121)

f) Rewards for the dead of war

53. There did Allah give you one distress after another by way of requital, to teach you not to grieve for (the booty) that had escaped you and for (the ill) that had befallen you, (Surah 3:153)

54. (They are) the ones that say, (of their brethren slain), while they themselves sit (at case): ‘If only they had listened to us, they would not have been slain.’ Avert death from your own selves, it ye speak the truth.’ (Surah 3:168)

55. Think not of those who are slain in Allah’s way as dead. Nay, they live, finding their sustenance in the presence of their Lord; They rejoice in the bounty provided by Allah: and with regard to those left behind, who have not yet joined them (in their bliss), the (martyrs) glory in the fact that on them is no fear, nor have they (cause to) grieve. The glory in the grace and the bounty from Allah, and in the fact that Allah suffereth not the reward of the faithful to be lost (in the least). (Surah 3:169-171)

56. And if you are slain, or die, in the way of Allah, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are far better than ail they could amass. (Surah 3:157)

57. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah - 11e will never let their deeds be lost. And admit them to the Garden which He has announced for them. (Surah 47:4-6)

58. (To them will be said:) ‘Eat and drink ye, with profit and health, because of your good deeds. (Surah 52:19)

59. They will recline on carpets, whose inner linings will be of rich brocade: the fruit of the gardens will be near (and easy of reach). (Surah 55:54)

60. In them will be maidens, chaste restraining their glances, whom no man or jin before them has touched. (Surah 55:56)

61. And (there will be) companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes — (Surah 56:22)

62. And round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness): if thou seest them, thou wouldst think them scattered pearls. (Surah 76:19)

f) The booty (spoils of war)

63. They ask thee concerning (things taken as) spoils of war. Say: ‘(Such) spoils are at the disposal of Allah and the Prophet- (Surah 8:1)

64. And know that out of ail the booty that ye may acquire (in war), a fifth share is assigned to Ai ah — and to the messenger, and to near relatives, orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer. (Surah 8:4 1)

65. Allah has promised you many gains that ye shall acquire, and He has given you these beforehand; and he has restrained the hands of men from you; And other gains (there are), which are not within your power, but which Allah has compassed: (Surah 48:20-2 1)

66. And He made you heirs of their lands, their houses, and their goods, and of a land which ye had not frequented (before). (Surah 33:27)

67. But (now) enjoy what you took in war, lawful and good: but fear Allah. (Surah 8:69)

g) Jihad against the unbelievers

68. Say to the desert Arabs who lagged behind: ‘Ye shall be summoned (to light) against a people given to vehement war: then shall ye light, or they shah submit. Then if ye show obedience, Allah will grant you a goodly reward, but if ye turn back as ye did before, He will punish you with a grievous Penalty.’ (Surah 48:16)

69. He who forsakes his home in the cause of Allah, finds in the earth many a refuge, wide and spacious: should he die as a refugee from home for Allah and His Messenger, his reward becomes due and sure with Allah: (Surah 4:100)

70. Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Prophet, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jiziah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. (Surah 9:29)

71. They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): but take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (from what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks; (Surah 4:89)

72. Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah, and those who reject faith fight in the cause of evil: so fight ye against the fiends of Satan: feeble indeed is the cunning of Satan. (Surah4:76)

73. Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress limits; And slay them wherever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out; for tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter; but fight them not at the Sacred Mosque, unless they (first) fight you there; but if they fight you, slay them. (Surah 2:190-192)

74. And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah; but if they cease, let there be no hostility except to those who practice oppression. (Surah 2:193)

75. 0 Prophet! Rouse the Believers to the fight. If there are twenty amongst you, patient and persevering, they will vanquish two hundred: if a hundred, they will vanquish a thousand of the Unbelievers: for these are a people without understanding. (Surah 8:65)

76. 0 ye who believe! When ye meet the unbelievers in hostile array, never turn your backs to them. If any do turn his back to them on such a day - unless it be in a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own) - he draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and his abode is Hell - an evil refuge (indeed)! (Surah 8:15-16)

77. It is not ye who slew them; it was Allah: when thou threwest (a handful of dust), it was not thy act, but Allah’s: in order that He might test the Believers by a gracious trial from Himself. Allah is He Who makes feeble the plans and stratagem of the unbelievers. (Surah 8:17-18)
78. (0 Unbelievers!) if ye prayed for victory and judgment, now bath the judgment come to you: if ye desist (from wrong), it will be best for you: if ye return (to the attack), so shll We. Not the least good will your forces be to you even if they were multiplied: (Surah 8:19)

79. If ye gain the mastery over them in war, disperse, with them, those who follow them that they may remember. If thou fearest treachery from any group, throw back (their Covenant) to their, (so as to be) on equal terms: for Allah loveth not the treacherous. (Surah 8:57-58)

80. Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shah spend in the Cause of Allah, shah be repaid unto you, and ye shah not be treated unjustly. (Surah 8:60-6 1)

81. If a wound hath touched you, be sure a similar wound hath touched the others. Such days (of varying fortunes) we give to men and men by turns: that Allah may know those that believe, and that He may take to Himself from your ranks martyr-witnesses (to Truth). Surah 3:140-141)

82. Did ye think that ye would enter Heaven without Allah testing those of you who fought hard (in His Cause) and remained steadfast? (Surah 3:142)

83. Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee tip against them: They shall have a curse on them: wherever they are found, they shah be seized and slain (without mercy). (Such was) the practice (approved) of Allah among those who lived aforetime: no change wilt thou find in the practice (approved) of Allah. (Surah 33:60-62)

84. And an announcement from Allah and His messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage - that Allah and His messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the pagans. (Surah 9:3-4)

85. So lose not heart, nor fall into despair: for ye must gain mastery if ye are true in Faith. (Surah 3:139)

86. They are the ones who denied Revelation and hindered you froth the Sacred Mosque and the sacrificial animals, detained from reaching their place of sacrifice. If they had been apart We should certainly have punished the Unbelievers among them with a grievous Punishment. (Surah 48:25)

87. 0 Prophet! Strive hard against the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them. Their abode is Hell — an evil refuge (indeed). (Surah 66:9)

88. Allah will cover with shame those who reject Him. Allah and His messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the pagans. But when the forbidden months are past, then light and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize their, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war). But if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practise regular charity, then open the way for them. (Surah 9:2-5)

89. But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and taunt you for your Faith - fight ye the chiefs of Unfaith: for their oaths axe nothing to them: that thus they may be restrained. Do ye fear them? Nay, it is Allah Whom ye should more justly fear (Surah 9:12-13)

90. Fight them, and Allah will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame, help you (to victory) over them, heal the breasts of Believers, And still the indignation of their hearts. And take none for friends and protectors except Allah, His Messenger, and the (community of Believers? (Surah 9:14-16)

91. Others you will find that wish to gain your confidence as well as that of their people: every time they are sent back to temptation, they succumb thereto: if they withdraw not from you nor give you (guarantees) of peace besides restraining their hands, seize them and slay them wherever ye get them: in their case we have provided you with a clear argument against them. (Surah 4:91)

Hur kom islam sprida?

Hur kom islam sprida?

The converses on woman Deficient in mind and religion

Narrated Abe said Al-khodary: the prophet went to the mosque, he passed by some women
and said:" O women, give charity, as I see you the most abundant among dwellers of hell,
as you curse a lot and abandon the lover, I haven't seen deficient in mind and religion and
destructive to the mind of the wise man more than you, they asked: why we are deficient in
mind and religion, he said: isn't your testimony is half of that of a man? They replied yes,
he said that's why you are deficient in mind, they asked and why we are deficient in
religion? He said isn't if any one of you has her menses, she couldn't pray of fast? They
said, yes, he said that's why you are deficient in religion "(1)
So Islam is regarding the woman as being deficient in mind and religion, and the most
abundant among dwellers of hell
Al-Askalany said: when they complained of being deficient, he answered them gently
without any blame or rebuking, but he spoke to them in a way they could understand (2)
We are asking if the woman's mind is deficient, then why Muhammad worked for Khadija
and was very obedient to her working in her wealth, and why he said: take half of your
religion from this red one i.e. Aeisha ( as she had reddish skin, or red hair), how the
Muslims take half of their religion from some one with deficient mind
We have seen throughout history lot of eminent and famous women in science, politics and
literature and other fields
As Madame Koori the discoverer of the uranium, she was a great scientist, and Margaret
Thatcher, the iron women, and many others
The pessimism in woman:
Narrated Ibn Omer: they mentioned the pessimism in front of the prophet, he said: if there
is pessimism in something, it will be in the horse and house and women (3)
Al-Askalany said in his exegesis " Fath Al-Bary ": it was mentioned in Sahih Al-Bokhary
that the prophet said: I didn't leave after me, turbulence more harmful for men than women
The Family of Imran chapter (Surat Aal-'Imran) 14:"Beautified for men is the love of things
they covet as women"
Al-Askalany said: the prophet said;" women are all evil and the worst thing about them is
that one can't live without them"
Although they are deficient in mind and religion, they are influencing the man
The prophet also said; take care of women, as the first turbulence of the people of Israel
was because of women
Women nullify the prayer
When people asked Aeisha about things that nullify the prayer, she said: the prophet said:
the dog, donkey and woman nullify the prayer (4)
Then Aeisha commented saying: you made us similar to dogs and donkeys
Al-Askalany said in another converse it was mentioned that the black dog is the one
nullifying the prayer, and when the companions asked the prophet, why specially the black
dog, he replied: as the black dog is a devil
When man sees a woman, what he will do?
Narrated Jabber that the prophet saw a woman, then he left them and rushed into his house
seeking his wife zainab, she was busy at house, and he slept with her to satisfy his desire
The prophet came out to them saying, the woman comes as devil and leaves as devil, so if
anyone of you sees a woman, he has to go to his wife to satisfy his desire (5)
Al-Nawawy said about that: what was meant here is the lust and sexual desire, as woman is
like a devil in provocation of lust and inciting man to fall into sin
All of these converses telling about the evilness of woman, we are wondering didn't
Muhammad meet with any good woman in his life?
Woman is as a goat or a cow
Al-Tabry said: the woman resembles a goat because of her calmness and weakness, she
can be resembled by a cow or camel, as all of those things man can ride!!! (6)
Relationship between man and woman:
- In Woman chapter (Surah An-Nisa') 34": Men are dominators over women, because Allah
has made one of them to excel the other… As to those women on whose part you see ill
conduct, admonish them first, then refuse to share their beds, and beat them"
So the husband has the right to beat his wife by a Godly order
- In Woman chapter (Surah An-Nisa') 3": Then marry women of your choice, two or three, or
four but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with them, then only one or "mamalakat
aymanokom"any woman that your right hands possess"
- So man can marry four women, and any one he can possess, while the woman has no
similar right
- Concerning the husband's obligations towards his wife, Hakim Ibn Mou'weya said: a man
asked the prophet: what are the husband's obligations towards his wife? He replied:" to
feed her when he eats, to cloth her when he gets clothes, and not to slap her on face (in
face only it is forbidden, but not in other parts), and not to abandon her except in home" (7)
In the Hanbalian jurisprudence it was mentioned that:
- The husband has the right to beat his wife, but not very harshly (8)
- The husband is not obliged to buy medicine for his wife, or pay the physician's fee when
she gets sick, as those are not among the usual needs (9)
- Man can marry to a child of nine years old or younger (10)
- The husband can forbid his wife from attending the funeral of her mother or father, and he
can prevent her from nursing her baby of another man before him (11)
- The husband is not obliged to get shroud for his wife when she dies, as he had to cloth
her only while she is alive, as he is enjoying her, but when she dies, he is no longer
enjoying her ,so he has no obligation to get shroud for her (12)
The pleasure marriage (temporary marriage)
- Abdullah narrated: we were with the prophet (during one of the incursions), we asked him
shall we refrain from women here, he said: No, and he allowed us to wedlock women for a
period of time by giving them just cloths
- Abdullah then recited the quran verse:" The Table (Surat Al-Ma'idah') 87." O you who
believe! Make not unlawful the Taiyibât (all that is good) which Allah has made lawful to
you" (13)
- So that's an obvious permission to enjoy women temporary without marriage by giving
them rewards for that
- The women enjoyment is a temporary marriage, by paying certain wage to the woman for
that particular period of time they agreed to enjoy together
- Jabber Ibn Abdullah said:" an announcer came to us saying the messenger of God
allowed you to enjoy women "(14)
- Omran Ibn Faisel said:" the verse of enjoyment came in the book of God , so we did have
enjoyment with the messenger of God ,and no other verse came to us to ban it or forbid us
from enjoyment (15)
- Jabber Ibn Abdullah mentioned that they had that women enjoyment during the time of the
prophet, Abe-Baker and Omer (16)
- Narrated Abe- Hurairah: "the prophet said if a man asked his wife to bed and she refused,
and he slept upset of her, the angels will curse her till morning" (17)
- Al-Askalany said in his exegesis "Fath Al-Bary ": God didn't leave any thing of man's
needs unsatisfied; he assigned some one to satisfy that need, so he assigned the angels to
curse the woman who refused to satisfy the lusts of the man
-So woman is for man's pleasure, if she refused to satisfy his desires she will be cursed by
angels
Could man return back his wife after divorce?
If he divorced her once or twice, he can get her back, but if he divorced her for the third
time , she needs first to marry another man called the Mohalel" facilitator" before she can
return back to her husband
Narrated Aeisha: a woman came to the prophet, peace upon him, she said: O messenger of
God , my husband divorced me, I married another man, he had relation with me, but he
couldn't get anything with me( the man was incompetent) , can I go back to my first
husband? The messenger of God, peace upon him said to her:" you are not lawful to your
first husband, unless the other one taste your "Othilatek" (your sweetness) and you taste
his "Othilatoh " (his sweetness) , Abe–baker was there at that time waiting to get in , and
said : shame on that women ,wouldn't she finish that saying , so the audients were
embarrassed to hear such repugnant words, as that saying shouldn't be said by anyone ,
so how a prophet of God is saying that (18)
Had the prophet any special privileges as regards women?
In the Confederates chapter (Surat Al-Ahzab) 50:" a believing woman if she offers herself to
the Prophet, and the Prophet wishes to marry her; a privilege for you only, not for the rest
of the believers"
Ibn Kathir mentioned that the women who gave themselves to the prophet were so many
Aeisha was jealous of that and said: I was jealous of those women giving themselves to the
prophet, and saying wouldn't a woman be ashamed to give herself to the prophet? And she
told him: I can see that your God is rushing to satisfy your desires
Narrated Anas Ibn malek: while he and his daughter were sitting with the prophet a woman
came to the prophet telling him do you need me? , then his daughter said: what unchaste
woman is this? How could she offer herself to the prophet? , her father said to her: she is
better than you, as she offered herself to the prophet, while you didn't "(19)
Among those women offered themselves to the prophet was Khowla Bent Hakim, that
women was the prophet's aunt (sister of his mother) how could she offer herself to him
while she was his aunt??(20)

The Wars of Muhammad

The Wars of Muhammad

The wars in Islam
That’s a very serious issue and man should discuss it as the wars are the greatest danger
facing peoples all over the world, as man in his nature has an inner instinct for fighting but
when man belongs to God and gives his life to him and God dominates over his life, He will
gain control over those fighting instincts
God within man’s life can make that control over the human life with all its instincts,
therefore in the Holy Bible when Peter wanted to defend Jesus and tried to kill with the
sward, The Christ said:” Put your sword back into its place. For all who take the sword shall
perish by a sword” as the sward makes many fights and wars, but the Christ mission was
the mission of peace “Glory to God in the highest, and peace on earth, love will be among
men” and when the Christ ascended to heaven he said: I leave peace to you, my peace I
give to you. “
When we come to the Judaism, there were wars , but those wars were before the peace
epoch of the Christ , the grace testament , as grace was not there in man’s life so there was
no control over the instincts, and wars in the old testament were not for propagation of the
Judaism as the Judaism is not s religion for propagation, it is confined only to the children
of Jacob tribe
When we read the Islamic books , our references, and refer to the history as the history is
documented and the references available every where , we can see amazing history , they
are trying to hide that history , but in fact wars were present in the depth of the religion
In Sahih Al-Bokhary:” Narrated Ibn Omer: the prophet said:" I was commanded to fight
people till they testify that, no God but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah,
perform prayers and pay the alms, by doing that they may rescue their blood and money
from me except for the dues for Islam and God will recompense them” (1)
Notice “rescue their blood and money from me” so one should testify that “No God but
Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah” or he will be killed by the sward, so that
was an existing principle
That converse was mentioned in the following authenticated converse books:
- in Sahih Al-Bokhary it was mentioned 7 times
- in Sahih Muslim it was mentioned 6 times
- in Sonan Abe-Dawûd it was mentioned 4 times
- in Sonan Al-Tormouzy it was mentioned 5 times
- in Sonan Al-Nisa’y it was mentioned 22 times
- in Sonan Ibn Magah it was mentioned 5 times
- in Mosnad Ahmed it was mentioned 21 times
- in Sonan Al-Darquatly it was mentioned 6 times
- in Sonan Al-Bayhaquey it was mentioned 25 times
The total will be 102 times in the authenticated converse books, so it is very important
converse,
That’s an order from God; does God order to kill man to enforce him for embracing the
religion?
That is an order for killing for Islam
For those claiming that wars in Islam were defensive wars and not for propagation of the
religion, here in that converse there is a clear indication for killing to enforce people to say
“No God but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah” if they say that “they may
rescue their blood and money” that is very clear
In the Islamic encyclopedia, under the title “Al-Jihad “it was mentioned literally:” Al-Jihad
(The fighting for Islam) is a war for propagation of Islam
I made a research for the number of times the ward “Fight, kill, war, Al-Jihad, assassination
‘in the quran and converses, the result came as: 35213 times those words were mentioned
in the quran and converses (that can be verified by anyone who search of those words on
Al-Azhar web site over the internet)
That is very serious and really sad, one of the Islamic historians said: the Islamic history is
full of blood
There was a war between Ali Ibn Abe Taleb and Aeisha, called the camel battle , in which 3
thousands people were killed in one day , and at the end of the day they gathered to pray for
those martyrs, the question is: from which side those killed in the war were considered as
martyrs, are those belonging to Aeisha or those belonging to Ali Ibn Abe Taleb or both
together?. It is a big question mark???
The Islamic books mentioned that during the ten years the prophet stayed in Al-Medina, he
made a total of 84 incursions, and military squads (all mentioned in the history and the
prophetical life history books)
Islam started peaceful in Makkah, as during the period the prophet stayed in Makkah it was
weak so at that time those peaceful verses came:” To you be your religion, and to me my
religion, “I am but a plain preacher and a prophet” and “my duty is only to convey plainly
the message”, but when he migrated to Al-Medina, circumstances were different and he got
the power , as those came to Islam in Makkah were only 72 persons , so Islam was weak in
Makkah , therefore they had to be peaceful or else they will be exterminated , but later on
when they were strengthened by looting of the tribes of Korish and the incursions of Al-
Sham , they organized a strong army and started the incursions
The incursion of Bader was a turning point in the Islamic history, as in the incursion of
Uhoud they were defeated, but in Bader they gained a great victory , so in Al-Medina Islam
started the wars and using the sward
The most serious thing is that there were quran verses inciting for killing as:
the Repentance chapter (Surat At-Taubah ) 5:" when the sacred months have passed, then
kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and
prepare for them each and every ambush. "
The Repentance chapter (Surat At-Taubah) 29:"Fight against those who believe not in Allah,
nor in the last day, nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His messenger,
and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (Islam) among the people of the
Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the tribute with willing submission, and feel
themselves subdued"
So after being peaceful with all people in Makkah , they got the strength and started to form
the Islamic nation ,therefore 124 of the peaceful Makkian verses had been abrogated and
abated by those two Medaian verses of the Repentance chapter (Surat At-Taubah) 5, 29
After being peaceful with the people of the scripture, things had completely changed, that
was a very serious transformation of Islam against the Christians and Jewish
- Christianity is the contrary to Islam, as the Christ started his mission by peace, and he
concluded it with peace
The Christ, in his birth day, angels came declaring peace on earth, and on the day of his
ascension to heaven he said: I am leaving peace with you. I am giving you my own peace. I
am not giving it to you as the world gives. So do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not
let them be afraid” (John 14:27)
- The Christ is the prince of peace, and he was preaching peace
All the Islamic books mentioned those wars and killing, and that is very serious and awful
It is the Islamic history and it is not our analysis for the history, if that is wrong then why
they are not burning those books as Othman did with the qurans
It is my suggestion to burn those books and make new decent and nice history
There is a great concealing and hiding of those facts, and there is a more serious thing,
some people, read those verses and history and they are proud of the power of Islam and its
defeating of the Rome and Fours, they are proud that Islam conquered those nations and
defeated them
Where is the spiritual concept? Where is the relation with God?
Is the religion wars and fighting?
Should man spend his life in wars?
The religion is a loving and peaceful relation between man and God
The Holy Bible said:” There is no peace, says the lord to the wicked, as they are like the
driven sea, which cannot be quiet, and its waves cast up mire and dirt. (Isaiah 57:20, 21)
God wants to give peace
There were three Jewish tribes that had been exterminated from the Arabic peninsula:
They were the tribes of Bane Koriza, Bane Al-Nodaier and the Jewish of Khaiber they were
completely exterminated , they were bringing them, slaughtering them, and capturing their
women and children , selling them and buying weapons by their money
Whoever says: “No God but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah” was saved,
but if he refused, he was murdered regardless of his religion, Christian, Jewish, polytheist
or disbeliever whatever he was
Some say that the terrorist group is an extrinsic group, but if you ask the terrorist he will
say that he is following the footsteps of the messenger and the commandments of the
quran, and he will answer you with many quran verses supporting his situation
In the court the attorneys for the terrorists are telling those quran verses, prophetical
converses, and the prophetical life history, that’s Islam!! , that’s Islam!!
So that was exploited by the terrorist groups and they made the wars and mess every where
There are reasonable groups of Muslims following the wisdom and politics and abandoning
the sward, but there are others using the sward and telling that’s the real Islam
The example for that is the Muslim brothers groups , they started by fighting and using the
sward , then when they faced attacks , and they were jailed , they started to learn how to use
politics ,and the Islamic terrorist groups had split out of them , they believed that they are
still in power to fight
One should read the history carefully, and think: Do wars, killing and destruction now are
suitable for the societies?? While there are human rights, respect for the others and other
opinions, or the same attitude will continue?
That’s a very serious issue that must be thoroughly discussed
I admire sheikh Abdul-Moaaz Abdul Satar who asked for judging the holy books, let us in
stead evaluate the holy books and their doctrines to follow the best of them
Man who knows the way of the Christ is enjoying the peace of the Christ internally and he is
spreading it externally
The Christ said:” Blessed are the peacemakers! For they shall be called sons of God”
(Matthew 5:9)
“The peace of God which surpasses all understanding will keep your hearts and your minds
in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7)
O lord , give your peace into the hearts and souls , give peace for the nations ,communities
and governments , peace to the whole world everywhere, for people to know you , you are
the price of peace , so they will live always in peace , amen

Två ansikten ISLAM

Två ansikten ISLAM
Hidden & MANIFEST

Inledning

FÖRSTA FACE of Islam
Muhammeds karaktär i Mecka

+

DEN ANDRA FACE OF ISLAM
Muhammeds karaktär i Medina

(

The Meaning of koranen P 0,475).

3 - Imam Abdullah Yusuf Ali, kommenterar sura Al Baqarah (2:191) "Och döda dem vart ni fånga dem ..."
"Detta avsnitt illustreras av de händelser som inträffade i Hudaybiyyah [en strid] i sex år Hijrah [utvandringen av Muhammed från Mekka till Medina]. Muslimerna var vid denna tid en stark och inflytelserik gemenskap ". (Betydelsen av den Heliga Koranen P77).
Detta är verkligheten i islam och hans två ansikten. Hur mycket bör vi vara medvetna om vad som händer runt omkring oss.
